Learning Beyond the Classroom
学习，从来不只发生在教室里 上周日，我们开启了 Food • Soil • Community 社区共学计划 的第一场学习旅程。此计划由UNDP 及Microsoft 赞助支持而得以成真。 这一场，由卡滋素养教室（Kazee Classroom） 的老师、孩子及家长，一起走进 FOLO 农场，展开未来几个月社区学习计划的第一步。环境教育最好的方式，不是告诉大家答案，而是创造一个能够亲身体验、观察、提问与实践的平台。 因此，这次为期四个月的社区可持续花园建构计划，第一步是带着大家走进真实运作中的农场。 让大家认识并参与 Ridan 厨余堆肥系统，了解每天的厨房厨余如何转化成滋养土壤的养分；参观花园的蚯蚓堆肥区，了解另一种自然分解有机废弃物的可能。当社区成员亲手触摸已经完成发酵的堆肥，再走进菜园看见健康生长的蔬菜时，便会开始重新理解了一件事： 厨余，并不是垃圾，而是下一餐食物的起点。 接下来几个月，FOLO 将持续陪伴 Kazee Classroom 与其他参与社区，通过工作坊、现场指导及持续交流，一步一步建立属于自己的社区堆肥系统与食物花园。 我们希望 FOLO 不只是一个农场。更是一个让社区、学校、家庭与企业，都能够透过自然学习、从实践中成长的教育平台。因为真正的学习，不会在活动结束后停止。它会继续发生在每一次堆肥、每一次播种，以及每一次人与人的连结之中。 🌱 Last Sunday, we kicked off the first Food • Soil • Community Learning Journey, a four-month community learning programme made possible through the support of […]
